Out on the Shelf aims to prioritize giving opportunities to people with a diverse range of lived experiences, and to adapt our work opportunities to be as accessible and welcoming as possible. We encourage people from marginalized communities, people of colour, people with disabilities, people with histories of drug use, and people who are currently or have been previously engaged in sex work to apply for any available positions. Also, as an organization providing services primarily to the queer community, we will always prioritize having queer people in all of our roles.
