2SGBTQ+ Guys Monthly Social: Summer Picnic

Special Summer Picnic Edition:

We know we've all been eager to spend more time outside, so for this month's OOTS Guys' Social we're planning a picnic on August 23rd at 6 PM at Exhibition Park! Bring your blankets, snacks, drinks, and join us for a relaxing outdoor hangout! Please remember to follow social distancing guidelines, and bring and wear a mask when travelling close to others. If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to speak to a facilitator before attending please feel free to reach out.

Join Out on the Shelf and HIV/AIDS Resources and Community Health for our monthly 2SGBTQ+ guys' social, This is a safe space for guys from all walks of life to connect with other guys in a setting that is inclusive, welcome, and judgement free.

Members and participants must adhere to the group’s shared values. These values include:

• Respecting ourselves and others,
• Practicing confidentiality,
• Being inclusive, friendly, and non-judgemental,
• Being aware of the space and the time that we take up,
• And always keeping in mind that we can disagree but still get along.

Participants should expect casual and light conversations, friendly faces, understanding, respect, and no pressure in a laid-back environment. We also welcome all participants to share their questions, suggestions, and feedback to the group page on Facebook, in a private message to either of the facilitators, or via a private conversation with either of them.
